Melt-in-your-mouth Texture?

A crunchy yet soft texture that didn't make a mess was important to include when formulating the initial recipe for our bars. We knew that we definitely did not want something that was gummy and sticks to your teeth, nor did we want something that was extremely crunchy that just falls apart all over your car. 

After countless amounts of testing on just texture alone, we finally created something that had just the perfect amount of crunch, yet melts in your mouth as you continue to chew it. 

We achieved this by mixing our high quality pea protein crisps with a combination of sliced almonds and heat-applied brown rice syrup.
